“You will not change your behavior until you change your thoughts.”

You cannot change somebody else’s mind! No one has that ability. And if a thought pattern is formed it will only change with hard work and determination even more so where there is an addiction connection.
Thinking is a learned behavior, our family, friends, past events everything combined creates a behavior pattern. This thought process can either launch into greatness or keep you in emotional bondage or addiction.

It all sounds so easy….select your thoughts the same way you select your clothes every day.
It is a power you and only you can use for yourself.
“ME”: I had to take it one step at a time. I’ve learned that trying to fix everything at once is a sound way of securing a defeat. Your behavior pattern was formed over a period of time, take one step at a time and make sure that that new behavior pattern comes naturally.
Create a short checklist if you have to just to make sure that once you have created a new habit – stick with it. Going to the gym for 21 days might create a new habit but the moment you stop doing it the old “me” returns all the same for your thoughts.
